INGREDIENTS:
- 8 OZ CRUSHED TOMATOES
- 1 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
- 2 MEDIUM TOMATOES SLICED & DRAINED
- 1/4 CUP CHOPPED GREEN OLIVES
- 1/2 LB PROVALONE CHEESE DICED
- 2 TBLSPNS GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
- 8 OZ SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
- 6 HOT JALEPENO PEPPERS DESEEDED, DESTEMED AND CHOPPED
- 1 TEASPOON DRIED OREGANO
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED BLACK OLIVES
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED PROSCIUTTO
- 8 STRIPS ANCHOVIES CHOPPED
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED RED BELL PEPPER
SPREAD THE CRUSHED TOMATOES OVER A 12" OR 13" PIZZA EVENLY. IN THIS ORDER SPRINKLE THE GARLIC POWDER, OREGANO, ANCHOVIES, PROSCIUTTO AND THE PROVALONE OVER THE PIZZA. ARRANGE THE TOMATO SLICES OVER THE PIZZA OVERLAPPING IF TOO MANY SLICES. IN THIS ORDER SPRINKLE THE GREEN OLIVES, BLACK OLIVES, RED BELL PEPPER, CHOPPED JALEPENOS, AND THEN THE PARMESAN CHEESE. LET THE PIZZA RISE FOR 30 MINUTES.
PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 425 DEGREES AND BAKE THE PIZZA FOR ABOUT 8 MINUTES. REMOVE AND SPREAD THJE MOZZARELLA CHEESE AND THEN BAKE FOR ABOUT 5 MORE MINUTES OR UNTIL THE CHEESE MELTS AND THE BOTTOM IS NICE AND BROWN. REMOVE AND LET COOL A MINUTE AND THEN SLICE AND SERVE.
