INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 LB LEAN GROUND BEEF
- 1 TEASPOON MINCED GARLIC
- 1 15 OZ CAN STEWED TOMATOES DRAINED
- 1/2 2.25 OZ CAN SLICED BLACK OLIVES
- 1 15 OZ CAN KIDNEY BEANS DRAINED
- 1 TABLESPOON CRUSHED DRY PARSLEY
- 1 1.25 OZ McCORMICK CHILI SEASONING MIX
- 1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL
- 1 1/2 CUPS SHREDDED LONGHORN CHEDDAR CHEESE
SPREAD THE DOUGH OVER A 12" OR 13" PAN EVENLY AND LET RISE FOR 30 MINUTES. IN A SKILLET OVER HIGH HEAT SAUTE THE GARLIC IN THE OLIVE OIL FOR 2 MINUTES AND THEN ADD THE BEEF AND SAUTE UNTIL A COLOR CHANGE. DRAIN OFF ANY EXCESS FATS AND LIQUIDS AND THEN ADD THE STEWED TOMATOES AND SAUTE FOR A FEW MINUTES. ADD THE SEASONING MIX, OLIVES AND THE BEANS AND MIX AND BLEND AND SAUTE FOR A FEW MINUTES MORE STIRRING. PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 425 DEGREES BLEND IN THE PARSLEY TO THE MIX AND THEN SPOON THE MIXTURE OVER THE PIZZA AND BAKE FOR ABOUT 8 MINUTES. REMOVE AND SPRINKLE THE CHEESE AND BAKE UNTIL THE CHEESE HAS MELTED AND THE BOTTOM IS NICE AND BROWN. REMOVE AND LET COOL A MINUTE AND THEN SLICE AND SERVE.
