INGREDIENTS:
- 1 CUP WILD BLACKBERRIES
- 1/4 CUP BUTTERSCOTCH CHIPS CHOPPED
- 3 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
- 3 TABLESPOONS MELTED BUTTER OR MARGERINE
- 2 TABLESPOONS CONFECTION SUGAR (WHITE OR STRAWBERRY)
- 1/4 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS CHOPPED
- 1 TEASPOON CINNAMON
- 1/3 CUP CHOPPED ALMONDS
WILD BLACKBERRIES CONTAIN INSECTS SO WASH THEM THOROUGHLY IN COOL WATER AND PAT DRY AND LEAVE IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 1 DAY.
BRUSH THE MELTED BUTTER OR MARGERINE OVER A 12" OR 13" PIZZA EVENLY. MIX THE SUGAR AND THE CINNAMON TOGETHER AND SPRINKLE OVER THE PIZZA AND LET THE PIZZA RISE FOR 30 MINUTES.
COMBINE THE CHOCOLATE AND THE BUTTERSCOTCH CHOPPED CHIPS AND SPRINKLE OVER THE PIZZA AND THEN SPRINKLE THE ALMONDS OVER THE TOP.
ARRANGE THE WILD BLACKBERRIES OVER THE PIZZA AND THEN PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 375 DEGREES AND BAKE FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES OR UNTILL THE BOTTOM IS BROWN AND THE CHOCOLATE AND THE BUTTERSCOTCH HAS MELTED. REMOVE AND LET COOL FOR A FEW MINUTES AND THEN SPRINKLE WITH THE CONFECTION SUGAR AND THEN SLICE AND SERVE.
